Extended-Abstract Format and Submission

The WORD template (A4) is available here. This is a "one-pager" of your presentation, and you may include figures or tables, in addition to the main text of less than 600 words. It should be reminded that all figures will be reproduced monochromatically in the workshop booklet to be distributed among participants. Although the original versions will be displayed on color on our Web page, a simple monochromatic rendering of color figures often leads to poor results, unless care is taken to design the original figures so that a monochrome version is clear and legible.

Please submit the abstract as an attached file of an e-mail addressing to contact, by 1 August 2015. We would ask you to submit your abstract as a WORD file because slight editorial works might be applied on the manuscript in preparation of a booklet to distribute among the participants of the Workshop.

Notification of Acceptance

After reviewing each submitted abstract, the Scientific Organizing Committee (SOC) shall inform the presenting author of the result of its review by no later than 20 August 2015. If revisions are required, the author will be notified by the SOC as to the deadline (up to a maximum of two weeks) for returning the abstract with the requested changes.

Please note that the number of speakers in each session of the Workshop is limited. Whilst the SOC shall therefore make every attempt to include all submitted presentations, we ask for your understanding that this may not be possible in the case of Oral presentations, and some authors may be offered the opportunity to contribute a Poster instead.
