Accommodation

For Foreign Participants:

We are keeping a block of single and non-smoking rooms for foreign participants in the “Hotel Mets Kokubunji”. This hotel is located in the area of the JR Kokubunji Station (actually owned by the railway company). Please submit your reservation form NOT to the hotel but to the contact point of the Workshop by 31 August 2015. Participants supported by the LOC will be strongly recommended to stay in this hotel to reduce our administrative works. Please make your reservation much earlier than this date because we arrange rooms under a "First come, first served" rule.

 

For Domestic Participants:

We are very sorry but we would ask domestic participants to reserve your accommodation by yourself. A list of hotels near NICT is shown here.
